Is it possible to do next delivery?
- Next day delivery is not possible as we do not offer this service.
How can I track my parcel?
- After orders have been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Why has my order been cancelled?
- Orders that show any signs of fraud would be automatically declined but it is nothing to worry about, just contact us via email on support@doncavarchi.com
Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
- We start to process orders as soon as they are placed, so we are not able to amend any orders once they are submitted. If you want to add / remove an item from your order, you will have to contact support@doncavarchi.com quoting your order number.
